Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2026 NRP Fall Baseball

Registration fees secure a player's roster position and allow NRP Baseball to reserve tournament entries, coaching staff, facilities, uniforms, and other operational expenses. Because these commitments begin immediately after registration, all registration fees and payments are non-refundable. If a player is unable to participate due to injury, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, NRP Baseball may, at its sole discretion, issue a program credit for eligible unused registration fees. Credits may be applied toward future NRP Baseball programs, camps, clinics, tournaments, or other approved services and must be used within 12 months of the original registration date. The following are not eligible for refunds or credits: Uniforms or custom apparel once ordered Tournament entry fees already paid on the player's behalf Hotel reservations or travel expenses Administrative or processing fees Any third-party costs already incurred by NRP Baseball No refunds or credits will be issued for missed practices, games, weather-related cancellations, scheduling conflicts, voluntary withdrawal, disciplinary removal, or dismissal from the program. NRP Baseball reserves the right to cancel or modify programs due to circumstances beyond its control. If NRP cancels a program before services begin, participants will receive either a full program credit or, at NRP Baseball's discretion, a refund. By registering, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to this Refund & Credit Policy.

NRP Lab Sessions

All registrations for NRP Baseball Training Sessions are non-refundable. If a player is unable to attend a scheduled session, a credit will be issued and can be applied toward a future session, training, or NRP Astros program, including tournaments. Credits must be used within a reasonable timeframe and are non-transferable. NRP Baseball reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by NRP Baseball, a credit will be issued. If you want a slightly stricter version (more protective for your business), I can tighten the language even more.

The NRP Summer Experience

Astros Summer Academy

All registrations for NRP Astros Summer Academy are subject to the following refund policy: • A full refund will be issued if a cancellation request is made at least 7 days prior to the start of the registered session. • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date. • No refunds will be issued after a player has attended more than one day of the program. • Players removed from the program due to behavior, disciplinary issues, or violation of program rules will not be eligible for any refund. • No refunds will be issued for missed days due to personal scheduling conflicts, vacations, or other non-program-related reasons. • In the event of program cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, NRP Astros will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions. Refunds are not guaranteed in these cases. • All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
