Astros Summer Academy

All registrations for NRP Astros Summer Academy are subject to the following refund policy: • A full refund will be issued if a cancellation request is made at least 7 days prior to the start of the registered session. • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date. • No refunds will be issued after a player has attended more than one day of the program. • Players removed from the program due to behavior, disciplinary issues, or violation of program rules will not be eligible for any refund. • No refunds will be issued for missed days due to personal scheduling conflicts, vacations, or other non-program-related reasons. • In the event of program cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, NRP Astros will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions. Refunds are not guaranteed in these cases. • All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
