What We Stand For
NRP Astros is a year-round developmental program built to support players without interfering with their primary teams.
We are not a traditional travel team.
We are a structured development and college-prep environment designed to build complete players—on and off the field.
Our program is built for players who are serious about improving, competing at a high level, and holding themselves to a higher standard.
Our approach is intentional.
We provide a clear structure that allows players to develop consistently throughout the year:
- Summer: Tournament teams (Development, Elite, and Destination experiences)
- Fall: Elite tournament competition and continued development
- Winter: High-level training focused on strength, skill, and fundamentals
- Pre-Spring: Competitive preparation leading into the spring season
We are committed to developing players while respecting the teams they already play for.
NRP Astros does not conflict with Little League or club team schedules, and we do not recruit players away from other programs.
We respect the work and consistency it takes to build teams, and we are focused on adding value to every player’s development without disrupting their current environment.
Development & Evaluation
NRP Astros is built on a structured development system designed to prepare players for high-level competition.
Our training environment is fast-paced, intentional, and demanding. Players are expected to train with energy, compete with purpose, and develop a strong understanding of the game.
We do not run casual practices.
Every session is designed to build habits, sharpen fundamentals, and develop players who can perform under pressure.

Placement within the NRP Astros program is earned.
Players who demonstrate the ability to compete, the willingness to be coached, and the discipline to meet our standards are given opportunities to advance within the program.
Nothing is guaranteed.

National Baseball Experiences
In addition to elite competition, NRP Astros provides players with unique destination-based baseball experiences, including:
- Ballparks of America
- Rocker B Ranch
- East Cobb Baseball Complex spring training environments
- Boombah Sports Complex events
These are not just tournaments.

Players are exposed to:
